Telesis 2008 Sales Meeting a Resounding Success

Nearly one hundred representatives from the Telesis worldwide sales network gathered in Scottsdale, Arizona in May to participate 2008 Telesis Global Sales Meeting. The meeting provided an opportunity to introduce not only the new “Mark of Confidence” marketing initiative but many new products and capabilities, such as the expanded E-series of diode-pumped vanadate lasers and expanded PinStamp and BenchMark marking system ranges. Several of the sessions focused on the global turnkey solutions capabilities of Telesis and their application to such diverse markets as the automotive, aerospace, electronics, medical, and metallurgical industries. A trade show was held to allow for hands-on evaluation of the new product offerings from Telesis, and training on new aftermarket offerings such as extended warranties, maintenance agreements, and system overhauls was provided.

All participants left energized about the Telesis leadership teams ongoing commitment to product leadership and growth and impressed by the significant investments made in new facilities, such as the Industrial Laser Center in Fremont, California, and new products such as the forthcoming TMC470 “Universal” Controller for the PinStamp and TeleScribe product lines and the EVG4 green laser for demanding electronics and other marking or material processing applications.
