TMM7200
The TMM7200 was developed for heavy duty, large character, deep penetration
marking in a configurable 64 square inch (413 square cm) marking window. Extremely
versatile, its MULTIPLE PIN design features up to 21 pins for marking speeds
up to 21 characters in 1.5 seconds.HOW IT WORKSThe TMM7200 minimizes marking
time by assigning each pin a portion or zone of the total message. Up to 21
marking pins can be configured on variable horizontal and vertical centers
from .25" to 1.75" (6 - 44mm). This feature permits the smallest possible
zone and shortest marking time for any given character size or message length.
The TMM7200 is easily adapted to custom designs and fixturing options.

- Rugged, heavy-duty X-Y positioning mechanism
- Six standard character fonts
- Dot-matrix character heights up to 1.75" (44mm)
- Up to 64 sq. inch (413 square cm) marking area
- Carbide or powdered metal marking pins
- Choice of pin sizes for marking depths from .001" to .022" (.02 - .56mm) (Based on a material hardness of Rc40)
- Dot density: 10 to 200 dots per inch (4 - 79 per cm)
- Pin travel accommodates surface irregularities up to .250" (6mm)
- RS232 Host/Scanner interface to download text to individual fields or call up entire patterns
- Three standard character fonts
- Automatic serialization, date coding and shift coding including user defined codes
- Operates on 110-115 VAC or 200-250 VAC, 50-60 Hz power
