Warranty Information

New Equipment Warranty Policy

Every Telesis Marking System carries a complete Parts and Service Warranty. During this time, replacement parts can be shipped free of charge, overnight in the continental United States. Plus, component exchange programs for reconditioned equipment can reduce downtime.

Extended Service warranties are available for all Telesis Marking Equipment. Customers ordering NEW equipment have the option of purchasing additional Warranty coverage within 45 days of the ship date. Contact your Telesis representative or our Customer Service Department for details.

New Equipment Warranty Policy:

All standard Telesis PinStamp® Marking Systems and TeleScribe® Marking Systems are covered by a Two Year Warranty.

All standard Telesis BenchMark® Marking Systems and IdentiPlate® Data Plate Printers are covered by a One Year Warranty.

All standard Telesis Xpress®, Sabre®, Eclipse® and Zenith® 50SY Laser Systems are covered by a one year warranty (with the exception of lamps for the Eclipse laser system, which are warranted for 400 hrs.).

All standard Telesis Zenith 10FQ and 20FQ Fiber Laser Systems are covered by a two year warranty.

Certain consumable components are not covered by warranty. Such items include cartridges, pins, solenoids, filters, mirrors, and lenses, among others. Full details of our warranties are included in our standard terms and conditions.

At Telesis, every marking system is thoroughly tested in every phase of the production process. This careful attention to quality ensures reliability throughout the life of your marking system.
